FAQs (via Amazon)

Can I set my Lightning Deal or Best Deal to run on Prime Day?

Lightning Deal and Best Deal schedules are subject to change and will be charged accordingly. In order to delight our customers and offer the best products at the best times, Lightning Deals and Best Deals scheduled during the week of Prime Day may be rescheduled to Prime Day. If you’re not satisfied with the Lightning Deal or Best Deal schedule, you must cancel the Lightning Deal or Best Deal before it goes live to avoid being charged. You will see the fee for your Lightning Deal(s) in the Vendor Central Deal Dashboard after your deal has been scheduled.

Why do I not see the same Best Deal and Lightning Deal Recommendations offered to me each week?

Recommendations change weekly so be sure to check every week for new recommendations. Recommendations are not guaranteed to be available the following week. Recommendations for the weeks surrounding Prime Day Week will appear closer to the event.

Your Brand Manager will reach out to you to discuss this further. Please do not hesitate to contact help@commercecanal.com.
