New Launch: Vendor Central 1P Reimbursements & Claims

ATTENTION: Vendor Central Clients

We are pleased to announce a solution to reclaim inaccurate co-op charges, shortages and inaccurate fees. We know that Vendor Central claims have been a pain point for many of you and have always believed the 30% fees that current providers charge are excessive.

Effective TODAY, our program is in BETA and is significantly lower in fees using software and our Vendor Central experts on-staff. Over the coming week, we will reach out to each of you for your interest in having our team run claims for:

  • Shortage claims with ratings of optimal and mature (likely to be denied)

  • Co-Op claims with ratings of unknown validity, likely invalid

  • Pricing claims where catalog prices do not match approved costs

The 3 step process is simple:

  1. Integrate your Vendor Central account using the SP API and a new user invite providing case submissions

  2. Ingest the data and provide you with an estimated dollar amount of claims within 5-10 business days integration

  3. Initiate file claims, report successful claims and set your account for instantaneous claims going forward

This is “free” money that is owed to you that will be claimed to provide precious margin dollars with fees only associated to successful claims.

We will be in contact with each of you in the coming week to provide more detail.

Thank you!
