If your trailing 12-month gross merchandise sales cross the $1 million threshold during your program participation, Amazon may reduce your 5% premium to 3% starting from the subsequent month and maintain this reduced rate as long as your trailing 12-month sales continue to exceed $1 million. After a 12-month period, you can opt to terminate your program subscription by providing a 30-day advanced notice. Concurrently, Amazon also reserves the right to cease your participation if they find your adherence to their criteria unsatisfactory.
